Our researches at the DRS (Dum Research Station) figured out that oxygen is flammable and could be used as fuel, however, the DRS said this is dangerous, so, we made a better diesel rocket for Bob since we couldn't find any better alternatives to diesel.

give it some time to form a squall line, when it does some water will escape the atmosphere showing that it is a strong enough vortex to form a powerful tornado, water will get stuck in the atmosphere for a bit before the squall forms, but be patient

There is a PClon in the laser that emits photons through a filter into hydrogen whitch turns the photons into protons. The slowest speed creates Noble gas, then CO2, O2, POLO, URAN, ond finaly PLUT+STNE. The highest speed is supposed to make singularity.
